The following information aims to define the general conditions of sale between Winirider and the Customer, when ordering at Winirider's online store (www.winirider.com). This information is segmented into shipping method, payment method, exchanges and returns, purchase policy and privacy policy.

The prices indicated on our website include VAT at the legal rate in force and are valid unless out of stock, changes in the legal rates in force or spelling errors. These are the terms and conditions applied to the products available on our website (www.winirider.com).

These terms and conditions form a binding legal contract between us and you. The acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when the purchase of our goods is completed. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase on our website.

Some images shown are not real photographs, they were made in 3D and may show slight differences in detail.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the Website and goods are provided. Changes to the terms and conditions will take effect for all orders placed after the publication of the new terms and conditions.

  • 1.- Shipping Methods

    The expedition of our orders is carried out by an external company, we ask the Customer to always validate the delivery of our product and if any damage is found in the packaging, Customer must report it in the delivery document. We place this request so that the insurance can be activated in case there is any damage during the delivery process.

     Delivery times:

     The maximum shipping preparation period is 3 working days, except for festive or busy periods when this process may change. When this happens, the customer is notified.

     Once the shipment is confirmed (upon receipt of the "Order sent" email), your order must be delivered by the carrier within the following deadlines:

     - Portugal (Continental): 48 hours;

     - Portugal (Islands): more than 2 working days.

     The order will be sent to the recipient and address indicated. The address referred to is customer responsibility.

     Delivery:

    During the purchase process at www.winirider.com you will be asked for invoicing and shipping addresses. It is important that the data is filled in correctly in order to guarantee the delivery of the order.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information and an invoice.

    The order will be sent to the recipient and address indicated as soon as payment is completed and Customer will receive an email stating "Order paid". When we have an indication of the carrier, you will receive an email stating "Order sent".

     If the delivery of the carrier is not achieved, a postal notice will be left and the order will wait at your local CTT Post. You will have 5 working days to pick up your order, and it will be returned after this period of time. In case of being returned, the costs of reshipping will be borned by the customer.

     The carrier does not ship during weekends and holidays.

     Delivery costs:

    The value corresponding to the shipping cost is borne by Winirider. Before finalizing the order, you will be able to view the total amount to be paid, including delivery costs (in this case it will be 0 because it is in charge of Winirider) and VAT.

  • 2.- Payment Methods

    The following payment methods are available:

    Paypal: Available in more than 200 countries worldwide and with support for 25 currencies, PayPal is one of the leaders in the field of digital online payments. Paypal allows you to pay with your preferred payment option (credit card or PayPal balance). When choosing this option at the time of payment, you will be redirected to the Paypal website where you must complete the payment. It will be shared with Paypal (name, delivery address, phone and email)

    MBWay: MBWay requests are sent directly to the user's application where it is necessary to simply accept or reject payment in a short period of time. Your data will be shared with the EuPago payment portal for integration with the MBWay platform.

    ATM reference: Through the EuPago payment portal, you can pay by ATM reference. When you complete the purchase, you will be provided with a ATM reference on the screen, which will also be sent to the email you specified. You will have 3 working days to complete the payment, if after that period you have not completed the payment the order will be canceled. Your data will be transmitted to the company that processes the references for payment.

  • 3.- Returns & Exchanges

    We offer a refund and / or exchange within the first 14 days after your purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and / or exchange of any kind.

    Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

    • The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
    • The product must be in the original packaging.
    • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Exchanges

    We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange, please contact info@winirider.com, indicating your order number or sending an email with the order confirmation. Shipping costs (exchange or return) will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

    If you have already done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@winirider.com

    Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

    Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive your returned item.
